I wanted to reach out and express how appreciative we are for your understanding during these difficult times.
We are trying to do the right thing by keeping you and the staff safe.
We know that this change in procedure is frustration and very different from business as usual. We all have to plan at least a day ahead for things like using the range, making a tee time and even remembering to bring a mask.
Some items that came up this week we feel you will benefit in knowing.
1. Your golf ball can now be holed out on every green. The club purchased EZ-Lift ball retrievers! When your ball goes in the hole you use your putter (not your hand) to retrieve your ball.
2. Online Tee Times and Online Range Times - 80% of those that played this week are making online reservations (use buddy management to add your spouse, kids, and friends to your tee time as members) its not that difficult. I know you all can do it! (you just have to plan ahead) Because of social distancing we needed to eliminated 40 tee times each day. Now tee times are 10 min. apart.
3. When you login to the Member Home Login on the website, click on Update Account Info, please make sure all your information is correct! We also would like you to add a portrait to your profile, I find this to be easy if you use your mobile device. If you add your portrait your name will be put into a drawing for a $50 pro-shop giftcertificate.
4.GHIN APP - this is where you will find your new handicap index and course handicap for the set of tee your play. Its very different so I strongly suggest up download the app and get familiar with what it can do for you.
You can keep track of your own score and stats, then at the end of the round post your score. (post on the day you play)
In the app you can watch videos of what is Net Double Bogie, why is may handicap different than last year.
How do I find my GHIN Number? - on the 1st and 15th of each month you will get an email with your updated handicap info, under your name in your GHIN number. If you are not getting an email then we will need to update your email address.
5. If you have the seasonal cart plan, you don't have to check in online it will charge you for a cart.
